- Sorry, Mr. Dane, although you indicate a very high level of MIDI
- knowledge, you are incorrect! MIDI data is serial data and never
- has been parallel data therefore a MIDI interface connects to the
- SERIAL port, not the parallel port.

- I assume you use 31250 as a baud rate to connect to your modem with
- total success. Most of us who actually do use a MIDI interface use
- 31250 as the MIDI baud rate.
